The North Dakota Democratic-NPL state convention will conclude Saturday at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks.
Registration re-opens at 7:30 a.m. and the convention will start at 9:10 a.m. with reports from the Democratic-NPL caucuses in the North Dakota Legislature. Here are some highlights of today's schedule:
• 9:30 a.m.: Endorsement of the U.S. House candidate. Pam Gulleson is seeking the endorsement.
• 10:15 a.m.: Tribute to retiring Sen. Kent Conrad.
• 1 p.m.: Endorsement of the U.S. Senate candidate. Heidi Heitkamp is seeking the endorsement. Former President Bill Clinton will deliver the keynote address immediately following the U.S. Senate endorsement.

• 3 p.m.: Letter of endorsement for the superintendent of public instruction candidate. Max Laird is seeking the endorsement.
• 3:20 p.m.: Endorsement of the public service commissioner candidate. Brad Crabtree is seeking the endorsement.
• 4 p.m.: Endorsement of the state auditor candidate. Scot Kelsh is seeking the endorsement.
• 4:20 p.m.: Endorsement of the lieutenant governor candidate. Ellen Chaffee is seeking the endorsement.
• 5:30 p.m.: Adjournment of the convention.
