Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton will speak at a meeting of the Northwest Minnesota Council of Collaboratives Wednesday, along with state Sen. LeRoy Stumpf, DFL-Plummer, Rep. Deb Kiel, R-Crookston, and Randy Bruer, superintendent of Win-E-Mac Schools.
The officials will be at the University of Minnesota-Crookston’s Sargeant Student Center at 9:30 a.m.
