Comedian Dave Chappelle is coming to Fargo next month, Live Nation Entertainment announced Tuesday.
Chappelle will perform at 7 p.m. June 23 in the Fargo Civic Center Auditorium, 207 4th St. N., Fargo.
Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) for $57, not including fees, at ticketmaster.com, the Civic Center box office or by phone at 800-745-3000.
After appearing in several films in the 1990s, including “Robin Hood: Men in Tights,” “The Nutty Professor,” “Con Air” and “Half Baked,” Chappelle became a household name with his sketch comedy series, “Chappelle’s Show,” which ran on Comedy Central starting in 2003.
Comedy Central ranks him No. 43 in the “100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time.”

Since retiring from the TV show in 2006, Chappelle has continued to perform live stand-up shows across the country.
