CROOKSTON -- Longtime Crookston firefighter Tim Froeber has been chosen to replace the retiring Richard Rock as the Crookston fire chief.
The city's administration committee approved the unanimous recommendation from the interview committee to name Froeber.
He will take over when Rock retires at the end of the year.
