MILTON, N.D.-A crash between a car and a semi seriously injured one person and shut down North Dakota Highway 66 for an hour Thursday near Milton.

Shelby Goodoien, 25, Mountain, N.D., was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks after the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT2 she was driving hit a 2005 Volvo semi about 3:40 p.m. east of Milton, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Goodoien was eastbound on Highway 66 and the semi, driven by 35-year-old Jock Parisien of St. John, N.D., was westbound at the time of the crash.

Parisien was not injured.

It's unclear which vehicle crossed the centerline or who caused the crash, the Highway Patrol said. Troopers are investigating the collision.

Milton is about 80 miles northwest of Grand Forks.
