company was formerly owned by Mark Vanyo out of Fargo. The new ownership began Feb.1st 2011. This new ownership solidifies the strong reputation of the Coldwell Banker system in addition to the growth and success of the local company.
Dombovy has been in the Real Estate business in Grand Forks for the past 14 years, is a former president of the Grand Forks Area
Association of Realtors, holds her Brokers license, and has managed Coldwell Banker First Realty for the past 6 years.
Polasky has been in the Real Estate in Grand Forks for 6 years, and was named 2006 GFAAR "Rookie of the Year", holds a CRS

designation and a degree from UND.
