GEORGETOWN, Minn. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is investigating what led two friends to stab each other at a Georgetown mobile home on Tuesday night, landing them both in the hospital.
The stabbings were reported at 10:49 p.m. Both men were already at MeritCare Hospital, and one of them was in surgery, Lt. Steve Landsem said.
The men are friends, and alcohol was likely a factor in the incident, he said.
Investigators were still waiting to interview one of the men, he said.
