Grand Forks City Hall and East Grand Forks City Hall will be closed Wednesday in observance of Veterans Day.
Refuse collection for the Wednesday "A" route in Grand Forks will take place Thursday and Wednesday's "B" route pickup will be Friday. Recycling will be picked up as scheduled on Wednesday.
All residential and commercial garbage and recycling routes in East Grand Forks will con-tinue as scheduled. Cities Area Transit, Senior Rider Bus and Dial-A-Ride will run as scheduled on Wednesday.
City services will return to normal schedules Thursday.
