City of East Grand Forks declares snow emergency

It will be in effect from 1 a.m. on December 30 until the snow is completely cleared from city streets.

EAST GRAND FORKS -- A snow emergency has been declared for the city of East Grand Forks Wednesday, Dec. 30.

Starting at 1 a.m., all cars need to be cleared from city streets to allow plows to remove snow.

Any vehicle left on the street may be ticketed, and towed.

The snow emergency will be be in effect until the snow has been cleared from all streets, to their full width.
