FARGO – The trial of a Fargo man accused of making child pornography with a 4-year-old girl has been moved to federal court.

Duane William Barth II, 30, was charged Nov. 19 in federal court with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of receiving and distributing child pornography and one count of possessing materials involving the sexual exploitation of children, all felonies.

Authorities say they traced Barth through his Yahoo email account to a German child porn trading site.

During a police raid on his home, authorities say Barth admitted filming child pornography with a 4-year-old and having sexual contact with her.

His trial in U.S. District Court is set for March.
