The incident occurred in the 800 block of West Villard when the boy got close to the trailer and fell, said Capt. Dustin Dassinger.

"He was rollerblading and apparently lost his balance and fell underneath the trailer," Dassinger said.

The boy's leg was reportedly run over by a trailer tire and he was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, Dassinger added.

No citations were issued.
