According to a Woodbury police report:

A Maplewood man bit and injured bouncers while being removed from business property in the 1600 block of Woodlane Drive, then called the police later to allege he was assaulted.

At 11:47 p.m. May 2, the man told an officer to file assault charges against the bouncer, but he would not meet up with police to document his injuries.

The man hung up on the officer's phone call several times, explained that since his taxes pay the officer's salary the officer better do what is asked of him, swore at the officer, yelled about what a poor cop the officer is, told him he knew Lee Vague, and decided to talk to the police chief about the officer losing his job.

The manager of the business, a suspect, took pictures and had started an incident report in the matter. Due to a lack of statement, no action was taken on behalf of the complainant.
