The Grand Forks Regional Bomb Squad was called to Grand Forks International Airport Saturday morning to investigate an unattended bag.

There was nothing dangerous in the bag, but the terminal had to be cleared while the squad determined its contents.

According to a police report, the Transportation Security Administration supervisor alerted police around 10 a.m.

He said an unidentified woman had brought it to the Delta ticket counter, only saying it was left behind in the parking lot by a "little person," who had driven away.

The bomb squad requested the terminal be evacuated and arrived at 11:10 a.m.

The red nylon bag, which had no ID or claim tags, was X-rayed and determined to be safe by 11:32 a.m.

It contained women's clothing, shoes and a camera. Authorities tracked it back to a Canadian couple who said they will be back to pick it up in three weeks.
