The Grand Forks County Sheriff's Office has identified the body found Saturday in the median of U.S. Highway 2 as Casey Myron Weekley, 36, Grand Forks.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol was alerted by a motorist shortly before 7 a.m. Saturday that there was a body lying in the median near the 7900 block of U.S. Highway 2. The sheriff's office is investigating the unattended death and is awaiting preliminary autopsy results.
