The firm's offices will be on the ground level, while the upper floors of the 13,900-square-foot building will be residential units.

Icon is also working on a retail development at 801 S. 42nd St. just west of the planned building and has plans for a fourth building on the parcel of land, north of the retail building.

Two Grand Forks Cenex stores will change their names to Dusterhoft Family Stores, reflecting their founder and current owners.

The DeMers Interstate Cenex at 4315 DeMers Ave. and the 32nd Avenue Cenex at 1970 32nd Ave. S. will carry the new names, the company announced this week.

The stores were founded more than 35 years ago by Loren Dusterhoft, who died in 2012.

Both locations include convenience stores, service centers and gas stations.
