- Behm says: "If re-elected, I'm going to push pretty hard to build more oil refineries out west. We're shipping all our oil to Kansas, and we have to ship it all back; it's very expensive. I'm proud that we got rid of the director of Workforce Safety and Insurance. They denied so many claims, it's hard to keep track of. It's better now, but I still say we deny too many claims."
