Bill Clinton announces schedule for Sioux Falls visit on Friday

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Former President Bill Clinton has set his schedule for a Friday visit to Sioux Falls -- the state’s largest city -- in support of his wife’s run for the presidency.

According to a website, he will hold an organizing event at The District Friday morning for the Hillary Clinton campaign. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. and and the campaign has set up a page to RSVP for the event.

Clinton will also be at a fundraiser at 2 p.m. The event is hosted by former U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, former U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson, Hillary for South Dakota state director Adam Weilland, former U.S. Senate candidate Rick Weiland and his wife, Stacy. Tickets for the fundraiser range from $500 to $2,700. The address for the fundraiser is not listed.

The former president will also be attending events in Fargo and Billings, Mont., on Friday,.
