Barbara M. Mueller, 72, Cummings, ND passed away on Friday, July 25, 2008.

Barbara M. Reinpold was born to Rudolph and Margaret (Lorenz) Reinpold on a farm near Wimbledon, ND on November 8, 1935. She attended school at St. Catherine's Elementary School in Valley City and graduated from St. John's Academy in Jamestown, ND in 1954. Barbara Reinpold and Earl Mueller were united in marriage in Jamestown, ND on August 25, 1954. They farmed together in Cummings until he passed away in 1972. Barbara then farmed with her family and was currently active in farming. She served on the Traill County Soil Conservation Board and the Lake Agassiz Regional Development Council. Barbara was recognized numerous times for her work including The Red River Valley Farm Woman of the Year and Outstanding Agriculturalist for Traill County. She loved flowers and her flower garden gave her great joy.

She is survived by her children: Theresa (Gary) Mueller-Scheibelhut, Victoria, TX; Joe (Vicki) Mueller, Rochester, MN; Ed (Julie) Mueller, Garretson, SD; Don (Janell) Mueller, Bismarck, ND; Ron (Gwen) Mueller, Casselton, ND; Dave (Trish) Mueller, Cummings, ND; Paul (Deb) Mueller, Cummings, ND; Larry (Maribeth) Mueller, Hillsboro, ND; her grandchildren, Chris (Shelly) Nagle; Tina Nagle; Angela (Shannon) Kain, Lisa, Dustin, and Missy Mueller; Andrew (Omni) and Jeremy (Naomi) Mueller, Stacy (Derek) Booker, Nick and Shane Mueller; Casey, Brady, and Ellen Mueller; Ryan, Jason, and Logan Mueller; Justin, Abigail, and Hannah Mueller; Erin, Sarah, and Ben Mueller; Darrin, Megan, and Ethan Mueller; her great grandchildren, Grant Nagle; Travis and Cheyanne Kain; Jocelyn, Alana, and Jade Mueller; her brothers and sisters: Veronica (Ralph) Mueller, Deerfield Beach, FL; Dominic (Jean) Reinpold, Weatherford, OK; Rita Reinpold, St. Paul, MN; Rosemarie (Charlie) Johnson, Spiritwood, ND; Bernie Leintz; Norman, OK; Leonella (Fred) Brancio, Lake Park, MN; Mark (Anita) Reinpold, Commerce City, CO; Monica Beck, Everett, WA. Barbara was preceded by her: husband, Earl; her grandson, Jesse ; her brothers Tony, Rudy, and Vince Reinpold; her sisters, Mary Jo Reinpold, and Mary Weiland.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Hillsboro. There will be a Prayer Service in the church at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Visitation will be in the church from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before the funeral on Thursday.

Interment will be at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Hillsboro, ND.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wildeman Funeral Home.
