Clearwater County Attorney Jeanine Brand reported Friday that a Clearwater County jury returned with guilty verdicts on Oct. 22 finding Dale Channing Casebolt Sr., 45, of Bagley, guilty of two counts of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges arose from a Feb. 6 incident. Casebolt engaged in sexual penetration and sexual contact with a girl younger than 13.

A different Clearwater County jury found Casebolt guilty of one count of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct after a trial held in August. Those charges stemmed from an allegation made by another girl younger than 13, and also entailed sexual penetration and sexual contact.

Casebolt remains in custody awaiting sentencing scheduled for Nov. 1.
