Two passengers - including a baby - were ejected from a car that rolled over on U.S. Highway 53 at Swan Lake Road in St. Louis County on Monday afternoon.

The driver and both passengers were injured.

The Minnesota State Patrol said Cordaro A. Houle, 28, of White Bear Lake, Minn., was southbound on Highway 53 about 4:10 p.m. when his 2008 Hyundai Elantra rolled into the median. Houle later told troopers he had fallen asleep.

His passengers, Dalene M. Chosa, 23, of Nett Lake, Minn., and the baby, Melina R. Houle of White Bear Lake, were thrown from the vehicle, police said.

All three were taken to Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center with what police described as non-life-threatening injuries. No alcohol was detected, police said.
