RAMSAY, Mich. -- Authorities in the western Upper Peninsula are looking for an armed man they suspect of shooting two men to death because he was jealous they'd been drinking with his girlfriend.

Michigan State Police identify the suspect as 54-year-old Steven Joseph Dianich of Ramsay, in Gogebic County. Detective Sgt. David Johnston said Dianich has a .22-caliber pistol. Authorities consider him armed and dangerous.

Dianich is described as white, 5-foot-10-inches tall and about 200 pounds.

According to Johnston, 46-year-old Scott Udd and 52-year-old Jon Lund were drinking and partying at Udd's home early Saturday in Ramsay, a community near Bessemer and about 10 miles east of Ironwood.

Johnston said the suspect's girlfriend joined the men, then left. The detective said Dianich then arrived and allegedly shot and killed Udd and Lund.
