Rydell refuge to show documentary
The Rydell National Wildlife Refuge near Erskine, Minn., is hosting a documentary about the Civilian Conservation Corps at 2 p.m. June 20 at the refuge. The program will give visitors a chance to experience what life was like for the 3 million men who went to work in the CCC at camps across the country during the Great Depression. Full house at 'Kids in the Kitchen'
A Grand Forks Public Library children's summer reading program called "Kids in the Kitchen" set for today at the library has filled to capacity.
The library has stopped taking registrations for the event.
