FARGO - Two ninth-graders at South Campus II in Fargo were involved in a physical fight this morning, officials said.

The fight occurred inside the school building at the start of the day, said Lowell Wolff, an assistant superintendent. There were no serious injuries, he said.

Wolff didn't identify the students because of federal privacy laws.

An ambulance was called after the fight for one of the students. It was as a precaution because the student had suffered a suspected concussion last week while participating in athletics, Wolff said.

The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead and the Herald are both Forum Communications Co. newspapers.
