People planning to attend the Reba McEntyre-Kelly Clarkson concert tonight will not be able to use 10th Avenue North to cross Columbia Road to get to Ralph Engelstad Arena.
According to Kevin Dean, public information officer for Grand Forks, a force main break has closed 10th Avenue North from Columbia Road to 26th Street North until further notice.
Police will be at the concert scene tonight to direct traffic.
