Agencies develop flood information website

The Red River Basin Decision Information Network has released a new website dedicated to providing a one-stop shop for Red River Basin flood information.

The Red River Basin Decision Information Network has released a new website dedicated to providing a one-stop shop for Red River Basin flood information.

The Red River of the North and Devils Lake Flood Information Portal provides immediate access to a wide variety of important flood-related information, including:

• Flood preparedness, response, and recovery.

• Interactive hazard map.

• National Weather Service flood outlooks and forecasts.

• River gauge information.

The flood information portal was developed through a partnership between the Red River Devils Lake Integrated Warning Team and the International Water Institute with funding from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
