FARGO – WE Fest fans can “ Walk This Way.” Steven Tyler will play the country music festival, organizers announced this morning.

Promoters announced earlier this year that the final act would be announced today.

“While not typical for the country space, this iconic front man really wanted to play WE Fest and we couldn't say no,” WE Fest teased.

On Facebook many predicted it would be the Aerosmith singer.

Tyler is working on his first country album, but has already released singles for country radio, “Love is Your Name” and “Red, White & You.”
