WILLMAR, Minn. -- The Willmar man accused of molesting a young girl at a daycare in rural Willmar has been charged with four more counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly molesting three more young girls.
Larry Alan Stoeser, 60, of Willmar, appeared Tuesday morning in Kandiyohi County District Court. Unconditional bail was set at $200,000 with conditional bail at $20,000 bond or $2,000 cash. The bail was in addition to the $25,000 bail set in Stoeser's first court file. His next appearance in that case has been moved to Nov. 23. His next appearance on the new files is Oct. 11.
According to police incident records, Stoeser was arrested on a warrant around 1 p.m. Monday.
He had been free on a $25,000 conditional bail posted Sept. 8 in the first case.
Conditions set Tuesday include that Stoeser have no contact with children who have attended the daycare in the past or present and no contact with children under 18.

According to the three new complaints, three alleged victims, now ages 15, 14 and 5, told family services and sheriff's office investigators that Stoeser had inappropriately touched them while they were attending the daycare run by his wife at his rural Willmar home.
The 14-year-old girl said that Stoeser touched her late in the evening, when she was lying down on the sofa to sleep. She said the incident happened when she was 8 or 9 years old.
The 15-year-old girl told investigators very similar information, that she attended the daycare between the ages of 9 and 11 and that Stoeser touched her late in the evening while she was lying down to sleep. The girl said she was at the daycare late because her parent worked late shifts.
The 5-year-old girl reported that Stoeser was a "mean guy" and gave her kisses, on the cheek and lips and on inappropriate places on her body. The girl said this happened at the daycare when she was 2 years old.
According to information from the state Department of Human Services website, the family child care license issued to Stoeser's address continues to be listed as "temporary immediate suspension," and is under appeal.
The first case against Stoeser was opened after the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office received a report alleging he had inappropriately touched a 5-year-old girl while she was at day care. The girl had reported the touching to a parent and to her caregiver.
