Two men arrested in December on accusations they spray painted downtown buildings are now facing additional charges of criminal mischief.
Raymond Robert Escarsega, 20, and Brian Wayne Kruse, 25, each face as many as five years behind bars for each felony charge.
An affidavit said police saw two men spray painting a glass door in Loon Park on Dec. 17. Both men ran as police approached, but were apprehended, the affidavit said.
Kruse had silver paint on his hands and the men admitted to drawing or spray painting on several items downtown, the affidavit said.
Kruse and Escarsega are each facing an additional felony charge because police said there have been numerous criminal mischief reports with the tag "MARZ" and "SANE," which the men told police they used.
