Allen and Eileen Nelson of Anaheim, California, celebrated their 60th Anniversary December 31, 2006 with a party at the home of their granddaughter, Roz Galvez, in Placentia, California. They were married on December 31, 1946, at the parsonage of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Grafton, North Dakota. The couple was attended by Jean Hovland and John Nelson.
Their children are Barbara and Greg Hill, of San Jose, Ca., Kathy and Robert Fleming, of Lake Mathews, Ca., Allen "Skip" and Lisa Nelson of Phoenix, Az., Signe and Randy Ferguson, of Anaheim, Ca., and Tom and Dana Nelson, of Steamboat Springs, Co. They have 16 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren and two more on the way.
