An Open House honoring Marlin and Solveig Flaten, Portland, ND, formerly Hope, ND, on their 50th Wedding Anniversary will be held from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at Island Park, Mayville, ND.
The event is hosted by their children and their families. All are welcome to attend. No gifts please.
Solveig Koppang and Marlin Flaten were married July 16th, 1957 at Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Portland, ND. They have four children, 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
