One person was transfered to Altru Hospital after a one car rollover accident on I-29, just north of the North Washington Street exit. Early reports indicate that shortly after 8 a.m. today the vehicle was southbound on I-29 when it slid on a slick roadway on a curve, crossed the median and the northbound lanes and rolled into the east ditch. One person reportedly was transferred to Altru Hospital Thursday morning after a one-car rollover accident on Interstate 29, just north of the North Washington Street exit.

Early reports indicated that shortly after 8 a.m. the vehicle was southbound on I-29 when it slid on a slick roadway on a curve, crossed the median and the northbound lanes and rolled into the east ditch.

North Dakota Highway Patrol, Grand Forks Fire Department and Manvel Fire Department were on the scene.

It was one of three accidents that occurred within 30 minutes Thursday morning in the Grand Forks area.

Minor injuries were reported in an accident along I-29 between Thompson and Reynolds.

Meanwhile, another accident was reported on the U.S. Highway 2 Bypass in East Grand Forks.

No other information was immediately available.
