The incident was reported about 1:40 p.m. after a vehicle traveling on Clay County Road 67 collided with a train at a railroad crossing just south of Sabin.

He said the identities of the two people involved are known, but their identities were being withheld pending notification of family.
He said it appeared they were traveling in an SUV.
The train crossing at that location is marked by signs, but there are no crossing arms at the intersection, Bergquist said.
