For the low temperature data, there are an average of four nights with lows in the 70s, 34 nights with lows in the 60s, 41 nights with lows in the 50s, twelve nights with lows in the 40s, and one night per summer with a low in the 30s, which almost always happens in June. Overall, there are more days with highs in the 80s and more nights with lows in the 50s. This summer, which has been much warmer than average so far, has produced more highs in the 80s but more lows in the 60s.
