GRAND FORKS — Snow totals over the past 24 hours were varied for towns in the Grand Forks-East Grand Forks region, according to National Weather Service reports.

Grand Forks-East Grand Forks reported 4.5 inches of snow, while the Michigan, N.D., reported 5 inches, the weather service said.

Accumulation was still gathering as bands of light snow continued to fall over eastern North Dakota on Thursday, March 19.
