The month of November was colder and wetter than normal, according to the National Weather Service in Grand Forks.
The area had 10.2 inches of snow, which was .39 inches more than the average, NWS reported. Of those totals, 6 inches fell from Saturday, Nov. 30, to Sunday, Dec. 1. In addition, temperatures were 1.2 degrees colder on average for the month.
Partly sunny skies will brighten cold days this week, when highs will hit 30 degrees on Tuesday, Dec. 3, and Wednesday, Dec. 4. At this point, there is no chance of further precipitation until Sunday, according to NWS.
