Mayor Michael R. Brown held a “virtual” news conference at 2:15 pm today, Thursday, March 19, to update the public about local efforts to combat and slow the spread of COVID-19, or Coronavirus.
Brown was joined by City Administrator Todd Feland, Grand Forks Public Health Director Debbie Swanson and Altru Health System’s Medical Director of Primary Care Dr. Josh Deere.
