Police: Parties in Fargo road-rage video knew each other

FARGO — A video of a Fargo road rage incident posted online over the weekend already has over 90,000 views.

The video shows a man who got out of his car and started yelling at the car next to him while stopped at a red light. He then reaches in his backseat, grabs a water bottle and throws it at the car.

The man goes back and yells some more before returning to his car and driving off.

The person who shot the video told WDAY the man then ran a red light and took a right turn in the straight lane.

Fargo police said in a news release that the incident happened just after 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at 13th Avenue and 45th Street South.

Police said the two parties involved knew one another and no arrests have been made. Police have forwarded a report to the Cass County State's Attorney's Office to consider criminal charges.
