Woman charged with DUI after hitting building in Mayville, N.D.

The incident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. at the intersection of Third Street and Third Avenue in Mayville.

MAYVILLE – A woman was charged with DUI after her vehicle hit a building in Mayville on Thursday, Nov. 11.

The incident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. at the intersection of Third Street and Third Avenue in Mayville.

According to a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a 2005 Honda CRV driven by Jessica Estrada, 35, of Mayville, hit the State Farm Building in Mayville. The Highway Patrol was called to the scene of the crash to investigate. Estrada was arrested for DUI and driving under suspension, according to NDHP. She also had an open container in the car and was driving without insurance, the Highway Patrol reported.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
