ROCHESTER, Minn. — A 25-year-old Rochester man was found dead Wednesday morning, Aug. 11, on railroad tracks in northwest Rochester.
Rochester Police say they received a call about 6:30 a.m. from a bicyclist who found the body in the area of Fifth Street and Third Avenue Northwest.
Rochester police Capt. Casey Moilanen said the person appeared to have been hit by a train, but it was too early to say what may have led up to that.
No further information has been released as of Wednesday afternoon.
