North pedestrian bridge on Greenway closing Wednesday

The closure is due to anticipated rising floodwaters.

EAST GRAND FORKS — The north pedestrian bridge on the Greenway will be closing on Wednesday, April 12.

According to an announcement from the city of East Grand Forks, the closure is because of anticipated rising floodwaters.

The bridge will be closed until further notice, and public works staff will be removing railings from the walking bridge, the announcement said.
