The Grand Forks Herald has brought back a reader favorite.

The "Best of Greater Grand Forks" promotion went live this week, seeking to highlight the businesses in the community that go above and beyond for their customers.

Do you have a favorite East Grand Forks or Grand Forks restaurant? Plumber? Golf course? Nonprofit? If so, go to the Herald's website to vote for businesses in those categories and dozens more. Voting is now open to one vote per category per day.

Voting began Aug. 1 and continues through Aug. 19. At the end of the voting period, votes will be tallied and the winners will be announced in the 2022 Best of Greater Grand Forks section, to be published in late September.

At times, this byline is used when a news story includes numerous authors or when the story is formed by aggregating previously reported news from various sources. If outside sources are used, it is noted within the story.
