Letter: Leave extra space open at new hospital

I would like to see Altru add back in the floors that were cut from the new hospital. Not as functioning units just exterior walls and basic electrical and mechanical service. That way there would be space within the complex so in an emergency the hospital could add more treatment area quickly.
