The Red River Valley Motorcyclists organization will hold its Annual Motorcycle Show on Saturday and Sunday at the Alerus Center.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Included in the event is a raffle for a 2018 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited motorcycle from Andy's Harley Davidson of Grand Forks. All proceeds will support the Veterans Honor Flight of North Dakota/Minnesota, a non-profit organization created to honor American veterans for their sacrifices.
The Honor Flight program offers veterans a two-day trip to visit war memorials and other historic landmarks in Washington, D.C. without charge.
Other funds raised at the show will be used to support motorcycle education, veterans services, programs for women and children, fire and rescue departments and other charities, said Timothy Gowan, event chairman.
Live music from the '50s through the '80s will be provided by Fargo-based "The Front Fenders" each afternoon, Gowan said.
A VFW color guard presentation is set for 3:30 p.m. Sunday, with awards for the motorcycle competition to follow. The winner of the raffle, who need not be present to win, will also be announced.
Admission is $5 and free for veterans. Children 10 and younger will be admitted free with a paying adult.
