Two positive COVID cases have been identified within the Larimore school district. Parents were notified about the cases on Friday, Sept. 25.
The electronic message to parents said that school officials have been in communication with Grand Forks Public Health and have followed all recommendations and guidelines.
Parents were further informed that if they have not been contacted by the school, their student is not a close contact and does not need to quarantine.
The message from the school did not indicate whether the COVID cases are teachers, staff members or students, nor include mention of any changes in in-person learning.
