FARGO — The Fargo Police Department says it has identified a man caught on video smashing the windows of Sen. John Hoeven's Fargo office with an ax.
Officers say the video shows a man walking up the stairs in the skyway before striking the windows with what appears to be an ax.
Police are submitting a report to the Cass County State's Attorney's Office for consideration of charges, police spokeswoman Jessica Schindeldecker said in a statement.
