A Grafton man was arrested after he allegedly threatened to shoot a woman, court records say.
Jonathan Garrett Linner, 48, allegedly pointed a gun at a woman he knew and told her "If you call the Sheriff's Department, I can blow your head off even before they get here," court documents said.
Linner and the woman allegedly got into an argument on Sept. 25 around 11:30 p.m. at a rural Grafton home, police records said. After a verbal fight, he approached the woman, grabbed her by the hair and pointed the gun at her, court documents say.
Police arrested Linner during a traffic stop Thursday. Court documents said there were several firearms in plain view inside Linner's vehicle.
He is charged with terrorizing and could spend up to five years behind bars if convicted.
He's scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
