Four people were injured following a two-vehicle crash in Grand Forks on Monday, Aug. 23.
According to a release from the Grand Forks Police Department, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Ninth Avenue South and South Washington Street around 3 p.m. Monday for a report of the crash.
Police say two vehicles were traveling north on South Washington Street near the 900 block when the crash occurred. The first vehicle, a Honda CRV driven by Elva Bissonette, 22, was changing lanes when she struck the front end of a Dodge Caravan driven by Ronald Scott, 69, according to the release.
The impact caused the Honda to lose control and strike the berm, causing the car to rollover onto its passenger side.
All four occupants of the two vehicles were transported to Altru Hospital with minor injuries, according to police. Bissonette was cited for care required.
The Grand Forks Fire Department and Altru Ambulance also responded to the call.
