FARGO — A driver was pronounced dead after hitting the concrete median Sunday afternoon, April 18, on Interstate 29 just south of Main Avenue in Fargo.
According to a report by the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the Saturn Vue SUV, driven by a 45-year-old man, was traveling south on I-29 around 3 p.m. when it struck the concrete median and came to a stop.
Troopers attempted life-saving measures before an ambulance took the man to Sanford Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. It is believed the driver suffered a medical condition that caused the crash, the report says.
The crash is still under investigation.
