The threat for significant and impactful flooding continues to be low, according to a forecast report released Thursday.

The flood threat to the Red River Basin is slightly lower than average but slightly higher than average for the Devils Lake Basin, according to a spring flood outlook report issued by the National Weather Service's North Central River Forecast Center.
