The head of the Grand Forks Public Health Department, Debbie Swanson, has expressed concern about the recent rise in positive tests for Covid-19. Matthew De La Hunt has joined Widseth Smith Nolting as a civil engineer in training. He will work with the civil engineering department performing office and field engineering tasks.
